USFSA Requirement Confusion

So, I thought that passing Juvenile Moves & Freeskate would qualify me for Adult Nationals (Adult Gold Category). Now, from what I've been reading on the USFSA site, I'll have to pass the Adult Gold Freeskate to qualify. I could participate in any other adult competition based on my regular track tests, but for AN, I have to have passed the Adult Gold Freeskate specifically. I have no problem taking the Adult Gold Freeskate test. My concern is that I don't want to have to take all of the preceding Adult Moves and Freeskate tests. I've already passed all of those elements, with the exception of the new 3turn pattern, at a higher standard on the regular track. It seems like a tremendous waste of time and money to have to retake all of those tests. I'm hoping that my standard track tests will qualify me to take the Adult Gold Freeskate test without taking the preceding Adult tests. The trouble is that I can't find a definitive answer anywhere in the USFSA rulebook or on the USFSA website. If I find out that I have to take all of the Adult tests in order to qualify for Adult Gold, I may just try to test my Intermediate Free and compete in Master's Novice. I really don't think that my jumps are consistent enough for that level, but it'd be better than nothing. Although, the Intermediate Freeskate test won't be easy for me as it has a required double salchow and that's my least consistent jump. I really wish the USFSA could find a way to make all of these rules easier to find and less difficult to understand.
