Tip of the Day: If you don't want to end up sideways during one of the quick twisting rockers on junior moves (sure annihilation), it really helps to look in the direction you're turning.

Good news of the day: Double salchow is back - dropping/sitting on take-off is bad theory seems to be working.

Bad news of the day: Double toeloop, where have you gone??? Hopefully it's just growing pains as I try to cover more than two inches of ice. I'm falling, but at least I'm covering a blade length now. That's 10 whole inches!
